FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical devices. Inhaler comprises a housing for reception of a tape with blisters, nozzle installed on housing, blister piercing element configured to turn about first axis, as well as actuator, which includes an actuating lever to turn about second axis for series movement of each blister in combination with blister piercing element, actuating lever interacts with blister piercing element so that blister piercing element performs hinged rotation about specified first axis in response to turn actuator. Airflow is created in blister to capture dose contained therein and carry it via nozzle into user's respiratory track when user performs inhalation through nozzle.
EFFECT: inhaler comprises load adjustment element on operating lever to adjust force applied thereto to cause it to rotate from its initial position, so that a displacing force is applied to actuating lever.
