FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ferrous metallurgy and can be used for blast-furnace runner lining. The refractory mixture for blast-furnace runner lining contains bauxite aggregate with particle size of 0-7 mm, silicon carbide, refractory clay, lignosulphonate and bauxite binding suspension, alkane diol and carbon concentrate, with the following ratio of components, wt %: silicon carbide - 14-30; refractory clay - 3-6; bauxite binding suspension (dry) - 27-30; lignosulphonate - 1.5-2.0; alkane diol - 0.5-0.8; carbon concentrate - 3-6; bauxite aggregate with particle size of 0-7 mm - the balance. Apparent density of samples formed from the mixture after holding at subzero temperature is not less than 2.65 g/cm3.
EFFECT: high frost-resistance of the refractory mixture.
