FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: dowel comprises a body (1) with a helical part (2) and a stop head (3), made as capable of connection with the body (1) to perceive the twisting torque, which arises when screwing and unscrewing a screw and its removal from the body (1). During repair of a sleeper with a special accessory the stop head (3) is removed from the dowel body (1). A key is put onto the opened ledges and indents of the body, afterwards the defect dowel or the dowel with a screw fragment is unscrewed, the body of the new dowel (1) is twisted into the sleeper, and the stop head (3) is put onto the body (1) of the new dowel.
EFFECT: facilitated repair.
