FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machinery industry and can be used in grain combine harvesters. The threshing device comprises a threshing chamber, a loading and an unloading device. The threshing chamber is formed of conical surfaces of two coaxial bodies of revolution oriented by greater bases downwards. One of the bodies of revolution is mounted with the ability of angular oscillations around the common axis. The inner body of revolution is made in the form of a truncated cone, which upper base is perforated. Above the upper base of the cone a loading device in the form of a cyclone is mounted. When feeding the grain mass into the cyclone the light impurities are separated and carried away by the air flow of the fan. Heavy impurities with spikes and free grain are fed to the upper base of the perforated surface of the inner body of revolution. Due to the angular oscillations of the latter the separation of free grain from the heap is carried out and it is fed to the unloading device, omitting the threshing chamber. The rest of the spiked part of the harvest is threshed in the threshing chamber.
EFFECT: threshing device enables to exclude reliably the process of crushing grain while threshing.
