SUBSTANCE: device is designed to investigate a mechanism of grain release from an ear with measurement of energy intensity of this process. It is achieved by the fact that a deck 12 with one end is hingedly connected to a lower site 3 by means of a horizontal axis 10 and a bearing 13, and with the other end - is connected movably by means of a latch 15 and an electromagnet 16. At the same time the lower site 3 is unloaded from all outer forces and is connected with the stand 1 with the help of the horizontal axis 10, a strain-gauge plate 9 with sensors and a threaded joint 11. In process of investigation, energy intensities of the process of grain release from ears 19 with the help of a time relay are set by a number of loading cycles. The electromagnet 16, rotating the latch 15, disengages it from the eye 14. The deck 12, being released from the link with the lower site 3, instantaneously moves downward.

EFFECT: technical solution makes it possible to register energy intensity of the process of grain release from an ear 19 during set number of loading cycles with more valid imitation of continuity of a threshing process.
