FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to obstetrics and gynaecology. Posterior/anterior colpotomy is performed by shearing of the vaginal mucosa with a length corresponding to the length of the removed preparation. Uterus is withdrawn together with the myomatous node/myomatous nodes by rotational movement into the colpotomy wound, the myomatous node/myomatous nodes is removed, the node/node bed is closed, the uterus is returned to the pelvic area and the colpotomy wound is closed. Herewith, a mini-laparoscope is inserted into the abdominal cavity together with the myomatous node/myomatous nodes in addition to the uterus removal together with the myomatous node/myomatous nodes into the abdominal cavity, by means of which the most protruding point of the largest myomatous node is determined. Then, mini-trocar is introduced into right iliac region, thereafter, it is removed outward and mini-needle holder is inserted therein to capture vycryl thread 70 cm long, with thickness 0 with piercing-cutting needle with diameter of 30 mm at distance of 2–3 cm from needle end. Then, a mini-needle-holder is inserted into the trocar wound, pulling the needle with the thread into the abdominal cavity, and then a mini-trocar is introduced into the abdominal cavity along the needle holder. After that, the above knot is stitched in its leading point to depth of 0.5–1.0 cm and the thread is drawn through 8-9 cm in proximal direction. Then its both ends are gripped by the needle holder and brought to the posterior/anterior vagus of vagina, and after performing the colposomy the above both ends of the thread are brought out into the vagina and, pulling up for them, the uterus with the knot/units in vagina is removed.

EFFECT: method for performing vaginal myomectomy in myomatous nodes of any localization, reducing intraoperative injuries, length, blood loss, risk of blood transfusion, and reducing postoperative pain syndrome.
