FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. What is described is a method for preparing a porous collagen-hydroxyapatite biocomposite, which involves the synthesis of hydroxyapatite in the hydrogel collagen matrix and the cross-linking of collagen fibres in a rotary-pulsed hydrodynamic disperser during the series charge of the ingredients, as well as the dispensing into a mould and the lyophilisation of the prepared biocomposite. At the first stage, crushed oil-free pig skin and prepared water are charged and prepared with water duty 4-5 for 25-35 min and temperature no more than 81°C to prepare collagen hydrogel, then with the process continued, powdered calcium phosphate monohydrate in the amount of 4.5-5.0 M is charged into the disperser and processed for 8-12 min at temperature no more than 71°C, and calcium hydroxide 3.0-3.3 M suspended in water 1-2 l is gradually introduced into the disperser and processed for 25-35 min at temperature no more than 77°C. The collagen fibres are cross-linked with water duty 20-25, temperature 55-56°C for 90-120 min; thereafter, the prepared pulp is dispensed into a mould and liophilised at temperature in a collector -50°C.
EFFECT: preparing the hydroxyapatite dispersion in collagen hydrogel with exponential distribution of solids of less than 0,05 mcm to 1,0 mcm.
