FIELD: implantology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of dried implant compositions for obtaining injectable aqueous implant compositions for use in tissue regeneration, primarily in the regeneration of alveolar bone, root cement or periodontal ligament (PDL), suitable for injection into periodontal pockets. The dried composition of the implant consists of a mixture of nanocrystalline hydroxyapatite particles obtained from natural bone, characterized by a size of 50 to 200 microns, and fragments of natural crosslinked fibrillar material of collagen, which passes through a sieve with a mesh size of 0.5 m. Moreover, the mass ratio of hydroxyapatite and collagen is from 1.8 to 4.5. Also disclosed is an injectable aqueous composition of the implant for use in the regeneration of oral tissues; a ready-to-use syringe containing an injectable aqueous implant compositions a kit for obtaining an injectable aqueous implant composition, as well as a process for obtaining an injectable aqueous implant composition.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides for the development of a dried implant composition that can be used to obtain an injectable aqueous implant composition, and this aqueous implant composition extrudable through a tapering system and a gauge 18 cannula.
