FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: proposed alloy features composition: Fe(100-x-Y-Z)BxPyCuz with amorphous phase as the main phase where 79≤100-X-Y-Z≤86 at %, 4≤X≤13 at %, 1≤Y≤10 at%, and 0.5≤Z≤1.5 at %. Proposed method comprises preparing the alloy. Note here that said alloy feature first crystallisation temperature Tx1 and second crystallisation temperature Tx2. It comprises also subjecting said alloy to thermal treatment at Tx1-50°C to Tx2. Invention covers also continuous strip made of said alloy and magnetic part made using nanocrystalline Fe-based alloy made as described above. Magnetically soft alloy features high magnetic induction and low biased magnetostriction.

EFFECT: better manufacturability.
