FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises primary and secondary pulleys, belt, means to define the permission of control with belt slippage. Said control means with belt slippage allows vibration of secondary hydraulic pressure and control over phase difference between oscillatory components. Means to define the permission for control with belt slippage allows issuing the permission to control means with belt slippage for control with belt slippage. Control with belt slippage is used when torque variation rate is lower than preset value. In compliance with first version, method comprises steps whereat hydraulic pressure is adjusted on the basis of multiplied magnitude of oscillatory component and permission for control with belt slippage is issued. In compliance with second version, method comprises steps whereat hydraulic pressure is adjusted on the basis of phase difference between oscillatory components and permission for control with belt slippage is issued. One of oscillatory components is included in actual hydraulic pressure while another one is included in actual gear ratio.
