FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: control device includes primary pulley, secondary pulley, belt, switching device and control device. The latter has the possibility of setting the command secondary hydraulic pressure by controlling with feedback based on deviation between target secondary hydraulic pressure and acting secondary hydraulic pressure. As per the first version, the method involves the stages, at which it is determined, whether the control with a belt slip shall be permitted or not, switching is performed between the control with the belt slip and normal control. At normal control, command secondary hydraulic pressure is set based on deviation between target hydraulic pressure and acting hydraulic pressure. At control with the belt slip, control with feedback is prohibited and command hydraulic pressure is set based on multiplied value of oscillating components. As per the second version of the method, command hydraulic pressure is set based on phase difference between oscillating components. One of oscillating components is included in the acting hydraulic pressure, and the other one is included in the transfer ratio.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of evaluation of the belt slip state.
