FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises preliminary fluidisation and subsequent annealing in furnace. Said furnace heating chamber with gas distribution grate provided with feeder and communicated with sanitary cyclone, annealing chamber with annular gas distribution grate accommodating fuel burners and overflow device arranged inside cylindrical cavity, and cooling chamber with gas distribution grate provided with air duct. Note here that annular gas distribution grate is furnished with thin shaped blades and guide baffle separating material feed zone from discharge zone. Besides, said blades are arranged at variable uniformly alternating spacing. Fuel burners are arranged at different height with regular alternation of heights within the fluidised material layer depth while their axes are directed at different angles to furnace lengthwise axis. Fuel burners may be provided with tangential inlet for, at least, one of fuel components. Note also that maximum diameter of fuel burner spray corresponds to fluidised material thickness while its length corresponds to its width.
EFFECT: uniform annealing.
