FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: furnace comprises a heating chamber with an air distributor plate equipped with a feeder and connected with a sanitary cyclone, a baking chamber comprising fuel burners and an overflow device inside a cylindrical cavity, from which a hot cyclone is installed, a guide partition that separates a zone of material arrival from a zone of its discharge, and a circular air distributor plate, a cooling chamber with an air distributor plate, equipped with an air duct. The circular air distributor plate of the baking chamber is made with thin shaped blades. Shaped blades are installed with variable evenly alternating pitches and angles. Fuel burners are installed at different height within thickness of the fluidised bed layer, and their axes are directed at different angles to a longitudinal axis of the furnace, at the same time the burners are made with tangential input of at least one of fuel components. The maximum diameter of burner spray cone corresponds to thickness of the fluidised material layer, and its length - to width of the fluidised bed layer.
EFFECT: higher evenness of baking.
