FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises preliminary fluidisation and subsequent annealing in furnace. Said furnace comprises heating chamber with gas-distribution grate provided with feeder and communicated with sanitary cyclone, annealing chamber with fuel burners and overflow device inside cylindrical cavity wherefrom extends hot cyclone, guide baffle to separate material load zone from discharge zone, annular gas-distribution grate with shaped vanes, and cooling chamber with gas-distribution grate furnished with aid duct. Note here that fuel burners are arranged at different height with uniform alternation of their height in the range of fluidised layer thickness. Fuel burners may be provided with tangential inlet for, at least, one of fuel components. Spray maximum diameter of said burners is made approximately equal to fluidised bed layer thickness. Note here that its length makes about fluidised bed layer width.
