FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: said furnace comprises heating chamber with gas-distribution grate provided with feeder and communicated with sanitary cyclone, annealing chamber with fuel burners and overflow device inside cylindrical cavity wherefrom extends hot cyclone, guide baffle to separate material load zone from discharge zone, annular gas-distribution grate with shaped vanes, and cooling chamber with gas-distribution grate furnished with aid duct. Annular gas-distribution grate has thin shaped vanes. Besides, said blades are arranged at variable uniformly alternating spacing. Fuel burners are arranged at different height in the range of fluidised layer thickness and have tangential feed of, at least, one fuel component. Note also that maximum diameter of fuel burner spray corresponds to fluidised material thickness while its length corresponds to its width.
EFFECT: uniform annealing.
