SUBSTANCE: in the method, parameters of the working medium and type of dopant rare-earth element are selected. Photons acquire relative nonlinear phase shift in the medium. The value of the shift is controlled by varying settings of two additional optical pumping fields. Given quantum logic operations take place through nonlinear phase progression of pulses in said medium.
