SUBSTANCE: in a system consisting of a transmitting part, a microcontroller, a pulsed current amplifier of a light emitter, a first photodetector, a pulsed voltage amplifier, a signal reception indicator, a receiving part which includes a microcontroller, a second pulsed current amplifier of a second light emitter, a second photodetector, a second pulsed voltage amplifier, a signal reception indicator, the first microcontroller is in form of a communication microcontroller and is configured to provide data communication with an external device, conversion of each separate bit of remote measurement signals and remote signalling into a pulse packet and a function of converting the pulse packet into separate bits of remote control signals.

EFFECT: high noise immunity and probability of guaranteed communication at facilities with a high level of interference and noise in both the radio-frequency range and optical part of the spectrum, eg at electric power generation facilities.
