FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a ploughshare, a water reservoir, a flexible pipeline and a water discharge in the form of a blade in the end of the pipeline for subterranean application of water to a seed bed with a continuous jet simultaneously with sowing. On the ploughshare of the pneumatic sowing machine there is a sensor installed for seeds falling out from a seeding disc of the sowing machine. The sensor comprises a radiator, which sends a beam via a hole that arose after fall-out of seeds, and a radiation receiver, which receives beam and via a cable sends a command to open a magnetic breaker valve, opening or closing water supply via a flexible pipeline. To synchronise time and place of seeds hitting and time and place of water dose supply to seeds laid into a seed bed, the device has an adjusting screw for displacement of the magnetic breaker valve on the flexible pipeline and change of its length to the water discharge, and a relay controller to control duration of valve opening and supply of a dosed water volume.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve contact of seeds with soil, to create a stock of moisture, sufficient to get shoots without watering before shooting.
