FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to herniology. First, increase of abdominal cavity volume, required for elimination of increase of intra-abdominal pressure, is performed by cutting off part of external oblique muscles of abdomen from its both sides in projection of spigelian line from rib arched to conventionally drawn line through superior-anterior spines of iliac bones. After that, dissected muscles are displaced laterally. Then, hernia section is performed in inguinal or hypogastric areas: content of hernial sac is invaginated into abdominal cavity with further suturing of hernia ring with covering defects that were formed with implants. Volume of dissection of external oblique muscles of abdomen on spigelian line and lateral displacement of dissected abdominal muscles are performed adequately to volume of hernial sac content. Invagination of hernial sac content is performed until intra-abdominal cavity not exceeding 25 cm of water column is reached.
EFFECT: method prevents hernia recurrence.
