FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device contains a housing with a loading nozzle and an unloading nozzle. Inside the body there is a movable arch-breaking device. The arch-breaking device is made in the form of an elastic rod, which is pivotally fixed in the upper part of the body and connected by an upper part to a tensioning device. The lower part of the rod is inserted into the screw aperture of the screw and pressed against the side surface of the discharge pipe. The invention provides the destruction of the arches and channels of the powder material for uninterrupted and uniform dosing by using the screw drive energy for oscillating the rod in a dense layer of powder material, followed by a sharp relaxation of the rod return to its starting position, using its elastically stressed state, regulated by the tensioning mechanism, due to rotation of the reversible motor of a microprocessor controlled by a flow rate concentration connected to the sensor and a powdered material flowing out of the discharge pipe. In this way, a feedback is realized between the amount of the powder material being metered and the intensity of the operation of the arch-breaking device.
EFFECT: reduction of the energy consumption of the dosing process, additional abrasive wear of the vaulting device and screw of the screw, simplification of the additional tuning of the feed hopper when working with powder materials of varying degrees of formation, channelling, bulk density and volume.
