FIELD: transport, package.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to storage and proportioned feed of loose materials with increased adhesive capacity. Proposed hopper allows metered feed of aforesaid materials by producing layer-by-layer mechanical effect created by dome-destructing elements 15 pivoted to lower, free, extension of shaft 5 that reciprocates and revolves. Note here that magnitudes on linear displacement and rotational speed are controlled by microprocessor 21. Input signal of said microprocessor is related with concentration of powder fed into hopper unloading device. Said concentration is kept in preset limits by feedback circuit.
EFFECT: metered feed, reduced power consumption and wear of working elements.
