FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed complex comprises loader, incineration chamber with stepped bottom provided with rows of through holes receiving stirring tubes. Said tubes are equipped with reciprocation drives while through holes are arranged under every step of said bottom. Said stirring tubes are furnished with blades articulated therewith and fitted into holes with clearance. Proposed complex has water-cooled tubes in incineration chamber arranged to make decks for sleepers to be place thereon. Sleeper loading openings in incineration chamber end wall are arranged opposite every said deck and closed by sections of multisection gate. Loader is composed of elevator equipped with vertical lift drive and sleeper driven feeder. Sleeper feeder features box structure with reciprocating top shelter. Said shelter locks sleeper ends in open position and retains sleepers in horizontal position in feeding them into incineration chamber. In opposite position, it releases sleepers to place them by gravity onto water-cooled tubes in incineration chamber.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
