SUBSTANCE: accumulating controller 10 outputs the control command signal for voltage sampling and memorisation into the CCn integrating circuit positioned at the input end of the CC1-CCn integrating circuits cascade connection. CC1-CCn integrating circuits sample and memorise output voltages of individual cells 1 grouped into M1-Mn accumulator modules. The accumulator controller 10, after confirmation of the fact that the control command signal for voltage sampling and memorisation has been transmitted into CC1 integrating circuit positioned at the output end of the cascade connection, outputs the transmission control command signal into CCn integrating circuit at the input end of the cascade connection to transmit the output voltages of individual cells memorised in CC1-CCn integrating circuits into the accumulator controller 10.

EFFECT: time delay for the time of detection of output voltages of individual cells 1 of M1-Mn accumulator modules may be reduced.
