The hybrid device includes at least one non-polarisable positive electrode, at least one non-polarisable negative electrode and at least one polarisable negative electrode with a double electric layer. Between the electrodes separators are positioned, the separators and the electrodes impregnated with sulphuric acid electrolyte.
