FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: distraction apparatus is applied, distraction of heel bone is realised by telescopic drafts. After that, wire, on which canal to fragment to be impressed is formed by cannulated drill, is passed on heel bone axis. Displacements are eliminated and provisory fixation of fragments of posterior articular facet is performed through canal by means of elevator, with wires, which are passed subchondrally perpendicular to fraction line towards sustentakulum. Canals for cancelous screws are formed on provisory wires by means of cannulated drill and compression between fragments of posterior articular facet is provided. Elevator is removed and formed canal in heel bone is deepened with drill. Rod is introduced by means of conductor and blocked with screws. Distraction apparatus is demounted.

EFFECT: method reduces trauma of soft tissues, provides stability of fixation of heel bone fractures.
