FIELD: medicine; traumatology; orthopedics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics; it can be used for the treatment of degenerative-dystrophic and posttraumatic deforming arthroses and other deforming damages to the astragalus scaphoid joint. Using computer reconstruction, a mirror copy of the posterior joint facet of the calcaneus of the damaged subtalar joint is reconstructed, and hemiendoprosthesis and a fitting sample are made based on this model. Arthrotomy of the subtalar joint is performed with edge resection of damaged sections of the cartilaginous surface of talus and calcaneus, after which resection of the damaged posterior joint facet of the calcaneus is performed. The fitting sample is installed, and, with its correct position, hemiendoprosthesis of the subtalar joint is installed. Hemiendoprosthesis of the subtalar joint contains a proximal joint head in the form of a convex hemisphere identical in shape to the healthy posterior joint facet of the calcaneus, on the back side of which longitudinal and transverse grooves are made. Hemiendoprosthesis leg is made in the form of a fin, it passes through the center of the proximal joint head, and it is deflected relatively to its longitudinal axis.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides restoration of a function of the subtalar joint by increasing stability of fixation of hemiendoprosthesis and elimination of foot deformation due to a possibility of impact on a height, orientation, and depth of fitting of a head of the proposed hemiendoprosthesis of the subtalar joint on the joint surface of the talus.
