FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building, particularly, to marine engines with reduced vibration and noise. Proposed propulsor comprises hub on axle and rotary blades. Hub has cavity for rotary barrel to run in, for example, bearings. Said barrel is rigidly connected with rotary blade and with one of the ends of, for example, resilient element, for example, torsion. Opposite end of torsion is fixed in said hub to turn rotary blade jointly with rotary barrel about torsion axis. Rotary barrel is furnished with counterweight. Counterweight is composed of space body accommodated inside hub. Said counterweight is mounted perpendicular to blade turn axis to allow static balancing of the blade, barrel and counterweight relative thereto.
EFFECT: decreased transfer of non-stationary forced to propeller and hull and propulsor noise.
