FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials, particularly methods of preparing and creating compositions. The method of preparing functionalised aluminosilicate powders, involving: selecting powder based on aluminosilicate, having a plurality of particles, treatment thereof with a liquid reagent to form a mixture (I), where the powder becomes functionalised with the chemically active surface of each particle and drying the particles so that, when the powder is mixed with water, a polymerisation reaction takes place between the surfaces of the particles with binding of the particles to form construction material, the reaction taking place without emission of carbon compounds. In another version, swollen powders are mixed with an additive, dry aggregate and water to obtain a suspension which can be cast or moulded in any required shape and fast-cured in solidified form, which is suitable for use as construction material. In other versions, the powders are nano-functionalised and functionalised by foaming to form light and structurally strong materials which can also be used.

EFFECT: reduced emissions of carbon compounds, high strength of the product.
