FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: low power LED lamp socket contains a hollow body made of a dielectric material and having a screw surface, integrated into the power supply unit, a central contact and terminals. The body has spouts concave towards the inside that cross the screw surface with a metal layer applied thereon. The spouts are positioned parallel/at an angle relative to the axis passing through the socket centre. The central contract is designed in the form of a metal layer applied onto the body end part.

EFFECT: ensuring heat removal from the socket proper and the electric lamp receptacle which extends their service life.
