SUBSTANCE: system comprises: a system (20) of the rotating heat exchanger and a device for regulation of the rate of leakage through the leakage site (S, S1, S2) in a slotted opening, and the device (1) comprises a sealing body (2) having at least one chamber (3, 3a, 3b) and a system (9) of pipes connected at least to one chamber (3, 3a, 3b), and the flowing medium is automatically fed into the chamber (3, 3a, 3b) through the system (9) of pipes. In accordance with the invention, the sealing body (2) is made at least partially of an elastic material, and the cross sectional area of the sealing body (2) can be increased in the direction of the leakage sites (S, S1, S2) when the flowing medium is fed to at least one chamber (3, 3a, 3b). The system also comprises a device for generating gas, displacing oxygen. The design-dependent slit gaps (S1, S2) near the rotor (21) of the system (20) of rotating heat exchanger can be automatically, at least partially sealed by the device (1) according to the invention.
EFFECT: ability to determine a specific leakage rate value through the leakage site, in particular, in slotted opening.
