FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: intermediate chamber which separates the said two sectors from each other is located in the separating element. A conveying mechanism is additionally provided, which is made with the ability to transfer the liquid medium from the intermediate chamber to the first sector, to generate pressure in the intermediate chamber, which is lower than the first pressure prevailing in the first sector, and the pressure generated in the intermediate chamber is sufficiently high or higher than the second pressure prevailing in the second sector.
EFFECT: creation of the device for minimising undesirable overflow of liquid medium.
