FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: device includes a receptacle of the gel card type initially sealed by a cap, a piercing component to perforate the cap, an ioniser for eliminating electrostatic charges that may be present on the receptacle after perforating the cap, and filling means to fill the receptacle after elimination of the charges. The ioniser is located between two mobile bars which support the piercing component. A medical analyser for analysing chemical reactions taking place in at least one receptacle with microtubes containing one or more reagents and sealed by a cap comprises a filling device, made as described above, means of moving said receptacle towards said filling device, and means of analysing chemical reactions that can occur in the microtubes of the receptacle after the filling means have poured a certain amount of liquid into each microtube. A method of filling the receptacle with microtubes, initially containing one or more reagents and sealed by a cap comprises piercing the cap of the receptacle, eliminating electrostatic charges that may be present on the receptacle after perforation and filling, during which a given amount of liquid is poured into each microtube after eliminating charges in order to form an air gap between the reagent(s) and the liquid.
