SUBSTANCE: method to dedicate resources in a system of cellular communication consists in determination of a resources dedication strategy of a cell by the specified cell of the cellular system to identify orthogonal resources of the cell. In verification of the surrounding cells resources dedication strategy by the specified cell, which indicate strategies of dedication of the specified surrounding cells for dedication of orthogonal resources of the specified surrounding cells. And in dedication of the specified orthogonal resources of the cell by the specified cell both in accordance with the specified strategy of cell dedication and strategies of surrounding cells resources dedication so that the noise in the system is reduced. At the same time the strategy of surrounding cell resources dedication indicates noise from the specified cell experienced by user equipment of the cell, with account of the relative position of user equipment between the specified cell and the surrounding cell.

EFFECT: reduced noise.
