SUBSTANCE: mobile station (UE) in accordance with this invention comprises a module of cyclic prefix duration detection, made as capable of detection of duration of a cyclic prefix added to an upstream signal, and a module of cyclic prefix addition, made as capable of generating an upstream signal by addition of a cyclic prefix into a coming signal, modulated according to the scheme of DFT-Spread OFDM (scheme of FDMA with one carrier), or a coming signal modulated according to the scheme of OFDM. Duration of the cyclic prefix is determined by the module of cyclic prefix duration detection, besides, the module of cyclic prefix duration detection is made as capable of setting duration of the cyclic prefix added to the upstream signal, regardless of duration of the cyclic prefix added to the downstream signal.
EFFECT: invention provides for flexibility of cyclic prefix duration variation.
