FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in production and repair of gas turbine nozzles vanes with deflector and cooling openings made at vane root and ring flange end. Protective past consists of binder in amount of 63 wt % and filler making the rest. Proposed composition contains the following substances, in wt %: amyl acetate - 69, diethyl oxalate - 28.4, nitro cotton making the rest. Filler contains aluminium powder ACD-4 in amount of 95 wt %: ground silicon powder making the rest. Prior to soldering, vane surface not to be soldered and cooling hole inner surfaces are coated with protective paste on aforesaid composition. Said holes are blown by compressed air to ensure paste uniform layer. High-temperature soldering in vacuum is performed.
EFFECT: high-quality soldered joints.
