FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building, particularly, to propellers. Water-jet propeller comprises water duct with water intake and safety grating, countershaft, impeller, guide vanes with nozzle, reversing steering device, and hatch. Countershaft has splines on both ends. Reversing steering device is arranged behind guide vanes. Aforesaid hatch is arranged at case top section. Impeller is arranged on plastic ring fitted in the case on propeller shaft ruining in bearings. Countershaft splines feature barrel-like teeth for engagement with engine coupling and impeller. End seal is fitted on countershaft, on the case outer side.

EFFECT: simplified design and higher reliability.
