FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises low-pressure hydraulic accumulator, two mechanical valves with rods and fast-action reversing mechanical drive. First rod of the first mechanical valve is articulated with atomiser needle to shut off the line feeding fuel from hydraulic accumulator under needle and sleeve. Second rod of second mechanical valve is articulated with atomiser needle to shut off the chamber above the needle and sleeve with low-pressure accumulator with its outlet connected with high-pressure fuel pump inlet. High-pressure hydraulic accumulator is connected via channel with chamber above needle and sleeve and, at the same time, via annular grooves, with bottom part of needle and sleeve, chamber under needle and sleeve chamber. Atomiser needle is mechanically connected with fast-action reversing mechanical displacement drive. Said drive is provided with, at least, one plate for one cylinder with convex constant-radius surface, shaft articulated with crankshaft with, at least, one program shaped cam with, at least, one micro shape. Said cam has preset low height equal for pre-injection and injection after main pre-injection and one injection after main, in one, level of orifices, or with micro shape with height thereat for injection after pre-injection after the main in two levels of orifices. Said cam has preset low height equal for pre-injection and injection after main pre-injection and one injection after main, in one, level of orifices, or with micro shape with height thereat for injection after pre-injection after the main one in two levels of orifices of variable-height micro shape for, at least, one injection. All micro profiles are separated by gaps in circle of camshaft to maintain intervals between injections or having no intervals there between. Programmed shaped cams with preset-length micro shapes of invariable or variable height allow interaction with, first, with straight section of the plate in its displacement from one extreme position into another and, then, with convex surface of constant-radius plate at preset-duration injections. Convex surface of one plate has continuous-width skewed end section. Micro shapes feature straight entering edges and skewed trailing edges parallel with end skew or stepped end while micro profiles have straight entering and trailing edges parallel with shaft axle in adjustment of injection duration. Every plate can displace along rod axis and atomiser needle and is connected either directly or via multiplexer with spring-loaded rod and, via the latter, with atomiser needle. Every plate cab displace in plane perpendicular to or inclined to needle and rod axes at adjustment of injection duration and is splined to rod the plate displaces relative thereto.

EFFECT: better fuel feed dynamics, higher indicated efficiency, simplified design.
