FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device to control fuel supply comprises a nozzle with two levels of holes with a needle and a bushing coaxial to the needle, which are spring-loaded, the needle and the bushing are connected to each other kinematically, the needle in it is made with a kinematic link with the bushing and as capable of displacement to the top of the bushing together with the needle due to needle displacement in the upper part, the needle is connected mechanically with a mechanical valve with a conical stop surface, covering a channel that connects the common chamber above the needle and the bushing with a hydraulic accumulator of low pressure at cut-off. The output of the hydraulic accumulator of high pressure is connected with a channel to the common chamber above the needle and the bushing, simultaneously connected with circular bores in the lower part of the bushing between the needle and the bushing and the seat of a sprinkler via channels in the upper part of the bushing, the needle, the nozzle body. The nozzle needle is connected mechanically with a quick-acting reversible mechanical drive for its linear displacement, which is equipped with a plate for one cylinder with a convex surface of continuous radius at one end of the plate with a certain length of the convex part, a shaft connected kinematically with a crankshaft with at least one programmable profiled cam, at least one microprofile on it with a permanent specified low height for realisation of at least one preliminary injection, with at least one microprofile on it with a permanent specified high height for realisation of at least one main injection or at least one microprofile of alternating height, varying according to the specified law along the length of the microprofile for realisation of at least one main injection with at least one microprofile on it with permanent specified low height for realisation of at least one injection after the main one, all microprofiles are separated from each other with gaps along the circumference of the cam shaft for realisation of pauses between injections, programmable profiled cams with microprofiles of specified length of permanent or alternating height are made as capable of serial interaction first with direct part of the plate as it moves from one extreme position into another one, and then with the convex surface of the plate of the permanent radius in case of injections of specified duration, the convex surface of at least one plate is made as alternating with a slant of the convex end part of continuous length along the plate width. Microprofiles are made with straight entering edges and slant trailing edges, parallel to the slant of the convex end part or the convex end part with stepped length along the plate width, and microprofiles are made with straight entering and trailing edges, parallel to the axis of the shaft with control of injection duration.
EFFECT: invention improves dynamics of fuel supply, increases indicator efficiency factor, realises multi-injection and duration-controlled injections by means of simple mechanical devices.
