SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of sauces production. Recipe components are prepared during the sauce production method implementation. Sunflower flour is poured with drinking water and maintained for swelling. The flour is mixed with tomato puree, banana puree, sugar and salt. One cooks and adds acetic acid, red hot pepper, coriander, thyme and mustard to produce the target product.
EFFECT: method ensures reduction of adhesion to container walls.
