FIELD: automotive industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the automotive industry. Truck solid metal-cord pneumatic radial tire with a tread, metal-cord frame contains three layers of a belt of high-strength steel cords with a structure (3×0.20+6×0.35) and a density of 65 filaments per decimeter and a reinforcing bandage. Reinforcing band is formed by continuous spiral wound nylon tape with structure of 1,100×7 and a density of 78 filaments per decimeter on the basis and 8 filaments per decimeter by duck. Nylon material has a load of 55 N with an elongation of 3 %, a breaking load of more than 440 N, a thermal shrinkage at temperature of 160 °C for 2 min and a tension of 0.5 cN/tex less than 4 %.
EFFECT: increasing the maximum speed and strength of the tire, increasing the service life, as well as reducing the weight of tires.
