FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: car decelerator comprises braking crossbars arranged along the track to interact with cut wheel, pressure and operating mechanisms, hydraulic system, lever system, counter rail and flexible element. Said flexible element is composed of one-way actuator coupled with hydraulic system power cylinder. Decelerator hydraulic system comprises drive hydraulic cylinders, power hydraulic cylinder, working fluid tank, air-hydraulic accumulator, hydraulic control valves and check valves, and controlled check valve. Drive hydraulic cylinder blind side and rod ends are communicated with blind side of power cylinder via controlled check valve to create closed chamber in power cylinder.
