FIELD: oil processing, particular, processing of oil stock to obtain light gas oil, gasoline and other substances. SUBSTANCE: oil stock is contacted in cocurrent flow in the first zone with regenerated catalyst (catalytic cracking) with subsequent contacting of nonconverted hydrocarbons in the second zone in cocurrent flow with catalysts of the first zone and circulating catalyst. In so doing, recirculated to the second zone of cracking is steamed clogging with coke catalyst containing 70-90% mas.% of particles sizing less than 50 mcm taken is mass ratio to nonconverted hydrocarbons of (5:1)-(60:1). Contacting process in the second zone is conducted at 460-530 C for 0.5-3 s. Then, cracking products of the second zone is separated from the catalysts clogged with coke. Catalyst clogged with coke is subjected to steaming to separate entrained light hydrocarbons and cracking products are separated. All these, increase the yield of the desired substances by 2.5% including that of gasoline by 1.9% with gasoline octane number increase of light gas oil by 1.0 n. EFFECT: higher output of desired product. 2 dwg, 1 tbl
