FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: inductor coil of a primary eddy-current displacement transducer of an electrically conductive controlled object is comprised of several layers in form of printed discs, wherein some layers are made with windings in a spiral circular topology and others are made with windings in an eight-shaped topology. The layers closest to the electrically conductive controlled object are made with windings in an eight-shaped topology and the layers distant from the electrically conductive controlled object are made with windings in a spiral circular topology. The initial inductance of a layer with an eight-shaped topology is 0.3…0.5 relative to the initial inductance of a layer with a spiral circular topology.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of measuring displacement of a controlled electrically conductive object in hard-to-reach areas.
