SUBSTANCE: each device may include a near field communication (NFC) device which, when in the range of another device, may automatically initiate pairing between the devices so that the devices may share content. Users of NFC enabled devices may have little or minimal interaction except that one or more users may bring the devices within range so that the NFC may initiate pairing between the devices.
EFFECT: enabling automatic connection of two or more local mobile communication devices in order to share content.
