SUBSTANCE: system (10; 10') for position finding indoors has a plurality of transmitting nodes (12) placed at different positions in the environment indoors and configured to transmit radio-frequency signals. An electronic mobile device (13) is configured to receive radio-frequency signals from the transmitting nodes (12). The system (10; 10') for position finding indoors is configured to operate in training mode, wherein reference values are calculated based on the power of radio-frequency signals received from the transmitting nodes (12) at different reference positions in the environment indoors. The system (10; 10') for position finding indoors is further configured to operate in position finding mode, wherein current values are calculated based on the power of radio-frequency signals received by the electronic mobile device (13) at its current position in the environment indoors from the transmitting nodes (12), and wherein the current position of the electronic mobile device (13) is determined based on the current and reference values. The system (10; 10') for position finding indoors is characterised by that it is configured to operate based on radio-frequency signals on at least two different radio links.

EFFECT: high accuracy of determining the position of an electronic mobile device in the environment indoors.
