FIELD: medicine, neurosurgery. SUBSTANCE: defect's osseous edges should be refreshed to fix a defect-shaped rigid plate overlapped. Then dura mater should be fixed with ligatures made of prolongly resolving material to the plate through drilled canals and at the distance equal to defect's thickness value. Moreover, at first, one should lubricate refreshed osseous edges with collapane gel, then osseous defect should be filled with collapane-made granules covered with its gel, then cranial defect should be covered with a collapane-made plate with gentamicin antibiotic. The method enables to decrease complications and increase reliability of osseous tissue regeneration. EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation.
