FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to milling machines and can be used for control over surface corrugation in milling. Proposed device comprises means to take readings composed of two transducers of vibratory motions arranged in horizontal plane of milling machine spindle central zone perpendicular to each other and connected by current collector with data collection and processing means and with computer. Besides it is equipped with adjustable counterweight arranged in the same plane to ensure high-precision balancing of said transducers. Laser sensor is arranged an milling machine bed while reflectors are mounted in said spindle central zone at specified angle to its surface in number corresponding to that of mill teeth. Note here that laser sensor is arranged to be focused to said reflectors and connected with said data collection and processing means and with computer. Aforesaid transducers of vibratory motions are locked directly at spindle, in its central zone.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of determination of corrugation parameters.
