Said transducer serves to detect first event triggered by user and to transmit first control signal corresponding to first event to control mechanism. Note here that said active layer comprises carbon finer electrically isolated from other rack parts. Luggage rack drive control device comprises said transducer unit, control mechanism, moving part that displaces between open and closed positions.
