FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: illuminator (12) includes LED card (18) with LED as light source, mounting rack (14), optical element (15) and supporting element (20). Mounting rack (14) has LED card (18) and a slot through which light passes from LED 17. Optical element (15) is located so that it faces LED card (18) and covers the slot. Supporting element (20) supports optical element (15) from LED card. Supporting element (20) is fixed to mounting rack (14) so that LED card (18) is inserted between supporting element (20) and mounting rack (14). The display unit includes lighting unit and display panel configured to provide displaying with use of light from the lighting device. TV receiver contains the above display unit.
EFFECT: invention provides proper fixture of light source card without use of any screws.
