SUBSTANCE: analysis device S has a first analysis unit A1 which collects samples using a first orifice 4A for sample analysis, a second analysis unit A2 which collects samples using a second orifice 4B for sample analysis, and a transportation device 2 which transports a plurality of sample vessels 30 along a predetermined transportation route 29. If the predetermined waiting state is provided such that transportation of the plurality of sample vessels 30 is interrupted or stops, then the sampling position is changed for at least one of the first and second orifices 4A, 4B, and samples B are collected from the plurality of sample vessels 30 using an orifice with an unchanged position.
EFFECT: high efficiency of the analysis process by eliminating the constantly increasing time period over which the first and second analysis units stop, eliminating complex design of the device and reduced size of the device.
